Southeast (SE) 🧭 Coordinated Care & Adaptive Infrastructure
Care and infrastructure are not static systems, but living expressions of responsiveness and trust. The southeastern zone of the Geo-Resilience Compass focuses on the coordinated flow of support, resources and mobile infrastructures — especially in contexts of disruption, displacement or acute need.
Concepts and modules are intended to:
- spatially integrate mobile supply units as an expression of closeness and care
- understand logistics as connection – that is, as a bridge between people, places and resources
- use EO as an intensive amplifier of local self-organization – to support community knowledge and inclusive coordination
- and shape planning as facilitation – with space for trust, continuity and shared responsibility
